Adam Jackson

Adam Jackson is a food and drink photographer based in Derby, specialising in commercial imagery for hospitality venues and food and drink producers. His background in IT leadership and technical project delivery shapes a precise, controlled approach to lighting, workflow and consistency across shoots.

He focuses on creating imagery that communicates quality before customers experience the food in person. The aim is simple, help restaurants, cafés and producers present their food and drink in a way that builds appetite, increases confidence and supports premium positioning.

Along with Julia Dallimore, Adam co-runs JaxMore Food and Drink Photography, working with hospitality businesses across Derbyshire, the Midlands and the UK, and photographing products for producers in their Derby studio. He also co-created Bleatable, a visibility platform that gives hospitality venues a professional Discovery Page, strong visuals and consistent presence across search, listings and social, helping customers find them and choose them more easily.
